How we handle your data (GDPR / DSGVO)

1. Who is responsible

We are the controller for the personal data processed through this website in the sense of Art. 4(7) GDPR.

2. Table reservations — Zenchef

Reservations on this website are made through our booking partner Zenchef. When you book, the data you enter (name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time, and any notes such as allergies or special requests) is transmitted to and stored by Zenchef on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Zenchef's own privacy information is available at zenchef.com privacy policy. Reservation data is kept only as long as necessary for the booking and our record-keeping obligations, and is then deleted.

3. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

If you contact us we process the details you send to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). WhatsApp messages are transmitted via WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.

4. Website hosting and server logs

When you visit the site, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request, requested page) is processed to deliver the pages securely. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage for basic functions such as your language, theme and consent choice. Optional statistics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG). See our Cookie Policy.

6. Third-party services

Google Maps and Google reviews content may be loaded to show our location and ratings (Google Ireland Ltd.). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may receive your IP address. Where such loading is not strictly necessary it takes place on the basis of your consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
